Honours Admission Circular 2025
The Honours Admission Circular 2025 includes a detailed overview of the curriculum that includes appropriateness, application guidelines, and admission results. All students must participate in the Honours admission exam. By admission, all students can be admitted to BA, BSS, BBS, BSc, and BBA courses. The Honours course is a fourth-year program in the whole of Bangladesh.
At present, any student does not need to participate in the admission test to get admission to the National University for Honours. After applying for admission, they can get admission based on a merit list based on their results. All the students who have the best SSC and HSC results can get the subjects according to their choice. So to get good subjects, every student must have good SSC and HSC results.
NU Admission Circular 2025
Generally, the NU Honours Admission results are published in three stages: 1st merit list, 2nd merit list, and 3rd merit list. Also, NU Honours migration results are published on a two-stage basis on the 2nd merit list and 3rd merit list. When a candidate is selected as a release slip, results are available after the release slip application on the website. The National University release has multiple release slips for Honours admission.
However, it is expected that in the 2024-2025 academic year, students will have to take part in the admission test to get admission to the National University’s Honors course. If they pass, they will be able to get admission to the National University’s Honors course. In previous years, admission was accepted only based on SSC and HSC exam results, and then there was no need to take any admission tests.
NU Honours Admission 2024-2025
The NU Honours Admission application will start on January 22, 2024, and the end date or deadline is 11 February 2024. But all students must submit documents in college on February 12, 2024. The first merit list result will be published on 18 March 2024, and the class start date is 21 April 2024. The application form fee is fixed at 350 taka. Honours Admission Qualification
- You must have qualified in SSC or equivalent exam and need this group: Science, Arts, Business Studies.
- You should have passed the SSC exam this year (2022, 2023)
- Should have a GPA of 2.50 out of 5.0 in SSC/HSC or equivalent exam to be admitted to the Humanities and Business Studies group.
- Minimum a GPA of 3.00 out of 5.0 in SSC/HSC or equivalent exam to be admitted to Science Group.
- HSC or an equivalent exam pass must be this year 2023 or 2024 to be admitted in the year 2025.
- SSC and HSC Levels should be 6.00 for the Humanities and Business Studies group; a total GPA of 6.50 will be required for the Science Group.
